cirencester This lead pump is tucked away on Cecily Hill, Cirencester. It was taken by telephoto lens and is a bit indistinct, but carries the initials "IB", a date - probably 1813 - and some decoration.

cirencester  Nicely-kept wood-encased pump in a stone housing outside the Bowly almshouses in Watermoor Rd., Cirencester, Glos. Lead spout. Handle moves freely, but no water. The plaque on the front has the inscription:
