I greatly appreciate constructive feedback and welcome any comments, reporting of factual errors or broken links, requests for further detail and, especially, offers of additional information, photographs, etc. Spam is an awful problem so, in a naïve attempt to beat the dreaded Spambots, I've inserted the word PUMP in my e-mail address, below. Simply remove these letters before e-mailing me.

By the way - I've found that attachments over 5 MB aren't always delivered. I've queried this with my ISP and they confirm that they don't guarantee delivery of files >5MB.
