In the cemetery at Eglwysbach, Conwy. The stated history of this
pump records that it used to be the village pump before being re-discovered and
re-located. But it seems far more likely that a small lift and force pump of
this design, with a vertical lead delivery pipe carrying a very small stopcock,
would have been a domestic pump. Happy to be proved wrong, but anyway it's
