st aubin A large pump in St. Aubin, by the side of the A13 (Mont les Vaux), opposite the church of St. Aubin on the Hill, which was reputedly used by vessels in the harbour to replenish their water supplies (a bit of a long haul). It has an upper spout and a lower stopcock. Above it, carved in the granite is: st aubin st aubin

Markings: Sadly, the foundry plaque which used to be affixed to the front of the pump is now missing.
