Markings: A manufacturer's nameplate has been very roughly highlighted with white paint, but this unfortunately makes it even more difficult to decypher. It reads "Wyatt Brothers", "Hydraulic [& General?] Engineers" , "Whitchurch, Salop".

blists hill This is one of the pumps at the Plumber's Shop, Blists Hill Museum, Blists Hill, Shrops. At the base of the pump is a stock of spare wooden "buckets" - which are designed to carry a clack valve and, with the operating rod, form the plunger.
